Rick Wolff
 Rick
Wolff is a Partner and Co-founder. He is also a retired Partner from
Accenture - the world’s leading management and information technology
consulting company. In that capacity, Rick was responsible for winning
Accenture’s major Silicon Valley high tech clients. For the past
several years, he headed up Accenture’s relationships with key
Silicon Valley Venture Capitalists and emerging start up clients as
a Partner in Accenture’s Business Launch Center. Previous to
Accenture, Rick held numerous systems engineering, sales, and management
positions at IBM, DEC, and Avnet. Rick earned his MBA from the University
of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Hanako Yanagi
Hanako Yanagi is a Partner and Co-founder. She is a member of the
state bars of California and Oregon and holds a Juris Doctor degree
from DePaul University School of Law. She has practiced law as an
Associate at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, (presently Pillsbury
Winthrop LLC), with a specialty in business law and litigation. Later,
she was the Founder of Business Decisions Corporation, a consulting
firm providing Strategic Account Consulting and Account Management
software to Investor-Owned Utilities throughout the United States
and Strategic Planning and Merger & Acquisition assistance to
small companies in need of growth and funding alternatives.
